Vijay is released from jail after completing his jail term flashback revels he and his brother Ajay lived a poor life with their mother.Vijay and Ajay start working in the factory where Ajay suffers an accident and looses his mind now Vijay sacrifices his life only for him though his mother wants him to get married he decides to treat Ajay first and make him normal.Vijay loves Sarita but cant commit her for marriage as his priority is Ajay his boss tells him to stand in factory union elections against Ramesh son of current union leader Mahadev in order to save his factory.Ramesh is a ruthless person and often gets in tiff with Vijay and tries to woo Sarita when Ramesh decides to marry Sarita his father blackmails Sarita's father to marry her to Ramesh as he is debt ridden to him.Now Vijay has to take quick decision on marrying Sarita.
